Is this really one tier?

Can I get a refund?
Yes. There is a 30-day refund window from your first paid charge. If BuildoutFeed isn't for you, email buildout@jlittrell.com within 30 days and we'll refund the charge in full. No forms, no calls, no save offer.
How many opportunities will I see?
The best ones, not the most. Roughly 30-50 high-confidence venues per month — about 1-2 per day on average. Quiet days are a feature. We sort the rolling 30-day window so the strongest signals are at the top; older venues are archived as CSV downloads in your dashboard.
How accurate is the data?
It's stitched from NYC's public DOB filings, SLA licenses, DOH inspections, ACRIS recordings, and NYS LLC filings, then resolved to a single venue per BBL parcel ID. Forward-match rate on real test cohorts is 88% for DOH and DOB NOW Filings. We flag what we can't resolve and ship what we can. If you spot an error, email us and we'll correct it the next morning.
Where does the operator contact data come from?
On renovation-class venues with an SLA DBA, we enrich with verified phone and Google place data. On brand-new venues, the address often returns the previous tenant, so we surface the LLC officer and DOB applicant instead. The honest answer is sometimes 'we don't know yet,' and we'd rather say that than guess.

What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Billing portal inside your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. The 30-day refund window is separate — see the refund policy for the exact terms.
