Refund Policy

The short version

BuildoutFeed has a 30-day refund window from the day of your first paid charge. If BuildoutFeed isn’t the right fit, email buildout@jlittrell.com within 30 days and we’ll refund the charge in full. No forms, no calls, no save offer.

The 14-day free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time from the Billing portal and you will not be billed. The trial gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the digest and the dashboard before any money changes hands.

The 30-day refund window — full terms

The refund window covers the 30-day period that begins the day your first paid month is billed (i.e., the day your 14-day free trial ends and you become a paying subscriber). You qualify for a full refund of the first month’s charge if you request it within 30 days of that first paid charge.

To request a refund, send a single email to buildout@jlittrell.com with the subject line “Refund request.” We will refund the full first-month charge to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Outside the 30-day window

After the 30-day refund window ends, BuildoutFeed reverts to a standard subscription. You can cancel any time from the Billing portal inside your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Charges incurred after the 30-day window are non-refundable except where required by law.

Billing disputes

If you have a billing dispute — a charge you did not authorize, a double billing, or any other billing error — email buildout@jlittrell.com and we will respond within 1 business day. Billing errors are corrected regardless of the refund window.
